Right Time Running Clinic

is a specialized program designed to help runners:
- increase speed
- decrease risk of injury
- increase endurance
- improve running form
- increase overall joy while running


Right Time Running Clinic meets once a month near your home, office or park. At each session you will:
- perform a speed training workout
- learn about a new aspect of running such as form, technique or strategy
- receive a speed training plan to work on for the month


- 30 minutes
- $20 per person
- 2 person minimum
- subject to available times and locations

Booty Blast B.A.R. Instructor Certification

Booty Blast B.A.R. is a ballet inspired workout that utilizes a combination of ballet steps, aerobic movements, and resistance exercises to improve cardiovascular health, muscle flexibility, muscle endurance, core strength, and balance. Booty Blast B.A.R. targets to tone those hard to hit areas of the booty, hips, thighs, triceps and core.  Booty Blast B.A.R. is a fun multilevel program that allows participants to experience all the benefits of traditional ballet and fitness classes in one great class!

Booty Blast B.A.R. has a 8 hour instructor training program. The live version of this program has been approved by the American Council on Exercise as well as Aerobics and Fitness Association of America as continuing education credits for group fitness instructors and personal trainers.

Booty Blast B.A.R. is a great program for all women as well as dancers, seniors and prenatal women!


Pilates Inspired Instructor Training

Waist Whittling Workshop

Waist Whittling is a 90 minute workshop designed to teach your co-workers, employees, friends and family how to "whittle your waist" through proper nutrition, healthy habits and daily exercise. The workshop is a great way to kickoff any fitness challenge and is a favorite at fitness parties. The 90 minute workshop begins with a 30 minute presentation describing how healthy living including nutrition, aerobic exercise,   midsection toning and stress management can take inches off your waistline. Then 30 minutes will be spent properly measuring everyone's midsection which can be done over clothing one-on-one with the presenter (time and comfort level permitting) while the other attendees review printed material or attendees can be guided on how to measure themselves. The last 30 minutes or the workshop is a workout class aimed at "whittling your waist" and including options for all fitness levels.


Kids Core-Ordination

Kids Core-Ordination is a program designed to help students and teachers enhance focus, cognition and productivity in the classroom and at home by providing a way to focus mentally and coordinate physically. Kids Core-Ordination utilizes Pilates style training to establish a mind-body connection and create proper posture and alignment. This mind-body connection and proper posture will enable students to more effectively focus on tasks at hand as well as train their core, increase their strength, improve their endurance, create better balance and gain more flexibility. In order to achieve such benefits Kids Core-Ordination offers Pilates style classes that range in duration from 2 minutes to 60 minutes. 


Kids Core-Ordination offers the following benefits:

Kids Core-Ordination is a great program for children of all ages and can be done in a school setting or as a stand alone class.

  • Pre/Post Natal - any of our other training options can be done while pregnant. After having 2 children and obtaining several prenatal ertifications you can rest assured that you and baby will not only be safe

    in your workout, your pregnancy, delivery and recovery will be that much easier.


  • Cardio/Aerobic – an absolute must for everyone! Improve your aerobic capacity and endurance and your heart will thank you. As little as 20
    minutes 3 times a week can make a world of difference.


  • Flexibility – the other absolute must! Flexibility is imperative for joint health, muscle balance and injury prevention. Stretch now or have surgery


  • Ballet/Pointe – after dancing since birth and earning a living as a ballet dancer for 5+ years I realize that everyone can benefit from proper ballet training. By listening to your body and maintaining your alignment you can and will improve your balance, core strength, posture and flexibility.


  • Athletic Conditioning/Sport Specific – from the professional athlete to the weekend warrior many of us have passion for something athletic. Learn
    exercises that will improve your game and keep injury from disrupting it.


  • Specialized Speed Training for Runners -As a runner you have goals! Are you striving to increase your speed? Are you working through an injury? Or do you simply want to experience more joy while you run? You may know exactly what you need to do to achieve your goals. The problem is it is very difficult to speed train effectively on your own because you cannot see yourself run. Sure, you can take a passing glance in the mirror or watch a short video but it is next to impossible to really see yourself run! Right Time Running Clinic provides the path to help you achieve your running goals!
  • Special Populations – everyone can and should be exercising. If you are suffering from an injury, illness or even just de-conditioning we have a
    program from you.


  • Parent and Child or Family – get your significant other or your entire family off the couch and moving. We can come to your house or meet you at a park and get everyone exercising. Not only will you become more fit but you will establish easy ways to make fitness part of everyone’s life!


  • Group Sessions (office, playgroup, poker night) – get your friends and coworkers moving by bringing exercise to them. Break the tension at the next office lunch with a little flexibility or strength training and everyone’s metabolism, endorphins and spirits will be lifted!


  • Fitness Seminars – can be given separately or as part of an existing event to educate others on the importance of exercise and physical fitness.
