Ashley Onstott was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico. At the age of 17 she moved to Salt Lake City, Utah where she began her career as a professional ballet dancer. While dancing with Ballet West from 1996 to 2001 Ashley also completed her BFA in Ballet and her BS in Anthropology graduating with honors. In 2001 she moved to New York, New York where she continued her career as a ballet dancer and teacher. In 2002 she entered the fitness profession as a personal trainer and soon became a group fitness instructor as well. Ashley holds national certifications from the American Council on Exercise and the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In addition, Ashley is certified in aquatic fitness, pilates, pre/postnatal exercise and Mommy-and-Baby fitness. While training in New York, Ashley was named one of the top personal trainers nationally by Town Sports International in 2003 and 2004. Currently located in Las Vegas, Nevada, Ashley is the proud mother of two children and has recently completed her Master’s Degree in exercise science and health promotion.

 Ashley has worked with many types of people from babies and toddlers to the elderly. She has worked with many special populations from the prenatal mother to those suffering from such diseases as advance Parkinson’s. Ashley firmly believes that anyone and everyone can and should make exercise part of their daily life. “I will never forget my 95 year old client telling me that the key to a long and healthy life is to exercise every day!”
